POLYESTER RAYON SPANDEX PRINTED ROME

DESCRIPTION

T/R fabric is polyester and viscose blended fabric.Polyester-viscose blend is a kind of complementary blend.When polyester is not less than 50%, the blended fabric can maintain the strong, wrinkle-resistant, dimensional stability, washable and wearable characteristics of polyester.The incorporation of viscose fiber improves the air permeability of the fabric, reduces the pilling and antistatic phenomenon of the fabric.

The polyester/viscose blending ratio is usually 65/35.This kind of blended fabric is characterized by smooth and clean fabric, bright color, strong sense of wool shape, good hand elasticity, good moisture absorption;But the ironing is poor.

Spandex Fiber

A manufactured elastomeric fiber that can be repeatedly stretched over 500% without breaking, and will still recover to its original length.

Pigment printing is directly printed with paint, because the paint is water-soluble coloring material, no affinity for the fiber, its coloring must rely on the film forming polymer compound (adhesive) coating and adhesion to the fiber to achieve.

Pigment printing can be used in the processing of any fiber textiles. It has good light fastness and dry cleaning fastness, and is more advantageous in the printing of blends and interwoven materials. It has simple process, wide spectrum and clear flower shape, but poor hand feel and low rubbing fastness.

Roma fabric is a knitted fabric, weft knitted, double circular machine made.Roman cloth is a four-way cycle, the cloth surface is not ordinary double-sided cloth level off, slightly slightly not too regular horizontal strip.Fabric horizontal and vertical elasticity is good, but transverse tensile performance is not as good as double-sided cloth, hygroscopicity is strong.Used for making intimate clothing, breathable, soft and comfortable to wear.
